When you purchase your machine at Viking Sew 'n Quilt, you can be assured that your relationship with your dealer doesn't end when you take your new machine home. Our goal is for YOU to understand your machine, how to use it and what it will do for you.
We offer unlimited opportunites for instruction on your new machine. At no charge, you can attend the scheduled knowledge classes with people like you who have the same machine. They may have the same questions you have or perhaps they will ask a question that you haven't thought of yet. These are structured classes, but the instructor will address questions from the participants as they arise. Please note that this service is also offered for a fee to Husqvarna-Viking owners who purchased from other dealers. You might find some of our other classes such as the monthly clubs at VSQ and the Husqvarna-Viking educator sessions helpful in learning about your machine. Tuition is required for these sessions.
In addition, we schedule appointments for one-on-one training; and support is aways available by phone during regular business hours.
